Experian (एक्सपीरियन)
Experian is a global credit bureau licensed by RBI to operate in India, providing credit scores on the 300–900 scale and full credit reports. Different lenders subscribe to different bureaus, so keeping all four of your reports clean matters.
Worked example
You check your free annual Experian report and find a credit card you closed in 2023 still showing "active" with a balance. A dispute filed on Experian India's portal with the closure letter gets it corrected in a few weeks.
